Project Scope & Revisions

Each project is based on the scope agreed upon in the relevant proposal, quotation, or project agreement. The agreed scope may include deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and platform requirements. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.

Third-Party Tools

Bloomo Digital may use third-party tools and platforms to create, review, communicate, store, or deliver project materials. These tools may include design, collaboration, project management, communication, and email marketing platforms.

Payment Terms

  • Fees and Pricing: Fees for services will be communicated in the proposal or service agreement. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, milestone-based).
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, services may be paused or terminated. A late fee may also apply.
  • Refunds: Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in the individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary access, content, and feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals.
  • Adhere to project timelines and payment schedules.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact project completion and timelines.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created by Bloomo Digital (e.g., designs, content, strategies).
  • Our Rights: We retain the right to use non-sensitive materials created for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-Party Assets: Use of licensed third-party tools (e.g., stock images, software) remains subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information includes but is not limited to:

  • Business strategies
  • Marketing plans
  • Login credentials
  • Financial information

This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after project completion.

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • By Client: You may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
  • By Company: We may terminate services due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments will become due, and work completed will be handed over after payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bloomo Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
  • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you for services rendered in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites for additional information or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of those third-party sites.

Changes to These Terms

Bloomo Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting updates on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland
